let's start with some coffee


less: today starts a week without milk, wheat and sugar. I tried this before, it is -- interesting. I love coffee with milk, and so you can find me at the shelves for almond, soja, oat. 
more: a new customer requests, two new toothbrushes, a reunion with power point. more words tomorrow.

  6. Lovely blog, I like the layout it is very clean and simple. I'm following the same eating regime as you, or trying to. I'm finding it very hard, I'm a real sugar o holic .
